1 Air-tightness of gray LOW-E6mm outer windows and doors is 鈪 grade and heat-insulating property reaches 鈪 grade. 
2 Broken bridge constructions are fully considered into design of nodes of outer walls and roofing. All of outer windows are made with duralumin mullion. 
3 Outer wall is built with 300mm B05 concrete, pitched roof with 80mm benzene board, flat roof with 60mm extruded benzene board and beam, pillar and lintel with 50mm extruded benzene board.
